Welcome to the Port of Siam
Port of Siam offers contemporary Thai Fusion from our two restaurants, the original situated right beside the beautiful Newhaven Harbour and from mid-July in the vibrant heart of Edinburgh itself.Chef Phaitoon and his team blend authentic Thai spices with locally sourced fresh fish and seafood from Newhaven Fish Market, merging traditional Thai cuisines with modern Scottish cooking to create a unique dining experience for our guests.
Our culinary range does not end with our delicious seafood dishes, as quality Scottish farm produce is also used to re-create traditional Thai classics and inspire our Contemporary menu. The result is an exciting seasonally-varying menu, offering a fresh interpretation of Thai classics and some exciting twists on our own great Scottish fare.
We are fully licensed at both locations and offer a concise but varied and exciting wine list in the restaurants. Or, if the mood takes you (from mid-July) drop into the Bangkok Bar and enjoy our take on Thai street food in a busy chic environment, serving quick tasty dishes along with cocktails and beers.
